CHIARA SANTINI

Chiara Santini is a Florentine singer.

When asked about the precise moment when she realized that she wanted to sing in her life, she always replies that music was actually already inside her from a very young age.

Already at the age of 4, she enjoyed imitating the great divas of international music in the living room, in front of her favorite audience: her parents.

She graduated in 2006 from the "Piero Calamandrei" Institute as a "Business Expert and Foreign Language Correspondent," and with the beginning of high school, she also began the study of modern singing (at the age of 14) with teacher Mauro Nugnes at the "Villa San Lorenzo" music school, and then continued at the Artestudio53 studio.

In 2018 she began the Study of classical singing with teacher Katia Magnani.

Since 2007 she has been collaborating with various Florentine bands (Improvvixo, Forever Seventy, Un'avventura Band - Tribute to Lucio Battisti, Funky Dream Band). From 2009 to 2010 she has been part of the cast of the musical Amori & Gelosie by Ivan Cammelli. Since 2018 she has been collaborating with some Florentine music studios as a chorister (backing vocals to Patty Pravo's CD "RED", Shapiro Vandelli's "Love and Peace", Ultimo - Tutto questo sei tu).

In 2015 she joined the musical family of Vocal Blue Trains, a Florentine choir directed by Alessandro Gerini, as a dramatic soprano.

Singing is definitely her greatest passion, in which she puts and focuses all her energies, but besides that there is also a very strong interest in the world of tourism, her primary job.

She loves blues, soul and funky music. Her favorite artists include Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin and Giorgia, but also a lot of Italian songwriting such as Fabrizio De Andrè and Lucio Battisti.
